If you are visiting me for the first time or you have been here before…WELCOME! I appreciate you for taking the time to be here for a few minutes.
My name is Jen and I stay pretty busy with life. My day job is being a technology and security risk manager. Outside of ‘traditional’ work hours I love to make things. I used to say I was a quilter, or an art journaler, or…or…or… But I have come to realize I just like to make stuff and I don’t like putting a box around that statement. At work I make decisions, processes, and databases. After work I make anything I get inspired to make. Those things usually include a mixture of fiber, fabric, paper, paint, glue, glitter, wood, or resin. Over the years I have developed a huge trove of artistic techniques that I love using. I always have more ideas than time.
Not to be considered complete with just the above – I also garden and advocate / practice sustainability which includes reducing plastic and the amount of stuff that my household consumes and discards. I am a bardic member of OBOD, my son is grown, my husband has his own range of hobbies, the dog and 3 cats have their own schedules and demands.
This site is a launching pad for all things me. I have an Etsy store to sell my art and a Redbubble store to sell products with my imagery on them. I can also be found on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Goodreads.
